You can stop that squeak by putting a little lube on the felt drag pads
on the backside
of the main tuning knob. You have to remove the black rubber ring to get
to the .062
hex set screw.

Latest firmware for OMNI is 2.22T.

The version # is on the Logic chip label. There are two series of chips.
One will have version of say ...2.19T. The second will have 2.19T-150.
You must know the version you have to get the proper update.
