[Trlog] Oklahoma QSO Party question

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the files from the sponsor are not 
right.

In the Oklahoma QSO Party (from within Oklahoma) I can work states and 
provinces and also Oklahoma counties for multiplier credit.  I can't get TR to 
credit me for the Oklahoma counties.  It only credits me for the states and 
provinces.  Any ideas?
