You could always download it
There are several ways in windows.
Go to the manual page:
http://www.qth.com/tr/manual.html
Right click on the link to the manual and select "Save link as".
Or you can click on this link:
http://loja.kkn.net/~trlog/TRmanual.pdf
and once the manual has loaded in yoru browser you
should see an Adobe tool bar added to your browser
there will be icons of a printer, hand, disk etc.
Click on the disk icon.
