Greetings,
I am familiar with TR's scheme of networking computers. But, I have a
question that I'd like to throw out:
Suppose one of the computers in the network was remote, further away
than rs232 could work reliably. Is there a way to use some old modems
and a twisted pair to link the remote computer in the network? If so,
would there need to be two twisted pairs and two modems, one for the
'incoming' traffic, and the other for the 'outgoing' traffic?
Thanks in advance!
