Have you set the "radio address" -- I believe it is 44
Also, are you sure that the radio is set to 1200? I had to open the cover
of my 765 to set it to 1200. What is speed of Log Plus?
Finally, here is some info that I got from K4RO that helped me:
------
Be sure that the TRANSCIEVE DIP switch (inside the rig) is
set to OFF.
; ======================= Rig Interface Settings =====================
RADIO ONE BAUD RATE = 1200
RADIO ONE TYPE = IC765
RADIO ONE RECEIVER ADDRESS = 44
ASK FOR FREQUENCIES = FALSE
ICOM COMMAND PAUSE = 200
ICOM RESPONSE TIMEOUT = 100
-------
Good luck!
