[TRLog] VHF scoring problem

Hi, there is a little problem with VHF scoring. TR probably uses a different 
algorithm for distance computing. Compared to other programs, TR gives slightly 
more points. In the European VHF, there should be used another algorithm which 
meets IARU Region I. VHF Contest Rules.
