Chris; I believe that the Hp 820 cse uses a driver that does
the rasterization (puts the dots in the right place) in the
computer. This means that the printer is very dumb and only
prints dots (not characters). I had one of these and had to
get rid of it because the operating system I use is NT 4.0
and it appears there will never be support for this printer.
I dont know that one is able to get to the windows print driver from a dos
window in this case.

I have tried the Capture setting with no luck on my HP copyjet, my other
printers work fine on my network, however no luck with my HP.
Must be an HP thing.
