It's a rare day I head into Goodwill - particularly since Amazon Prime
is so darn handy - but I was in one yesterday.
For sale, any of these are $0.99:
Wal-Warts. Dozens of them. Need to replace one? Need a 12VDC supply
for that QRP rig? $0.99 and instant satisfaction. I brought home a
12VDC @ 1A one which powers my FT-857 great on receive. $0.99.
"Cords." The three prong power cord for your computer or rig.
RCA-to-RCA audio cables (red, white) and RCA-to-RCA video cables
(yellow) or combined (Red-White-Yellow). All different lengths.
RS-232 cables.
Ethernet. Cat-5 galore. Any length imaginable.
Centronics printer cables - got them too. Useless except for stripping
for hookup wire, LOL.
Also, lots and lots and lots of very nice computer speakers, powered and
un-powered. Cheap! Better than the speaker that's in your transceiver.
And on and on.....
Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in Goodwill... LOL.

N4GG
