[SECC] NAQP RTTY CW Teams

We didn't have enough interest in SECC to get up even one team for RTTY 
NAQP tomorrow.  However, the Alabama Contest Group, which includes a 
number of SECC members also, has one full team and needs only one more 
for a second full team.  You do not have to be a member of ACG or within 
their circle to be on an ACG team. So, if anyone is interested, please
