Because the FCC don't give a rip and ain't pushing the rules. RH told
me flat out to leave him alone on the subject. He said the only reason
FCC was involved at all with Power Line noise was because the ARRL
pushed the issue.
I helped get the FCC into the act over six years ago. At that time RH
gave a rip. He apparently no longer does. The only reason I get
ANYTHING at all done is because of a Engineer at Alabama Power, Rueben
and he is a ham. That's it.
What a deal, what a deal.
