It looks like the sunspot number will stay above 100 for the contest weekend
and geomagnetic field conditions mostly quiet (Kp<3), so I see no reason why
10 meter band conditions should be poor for the contest.
But that's not to say that 10 meter band conditions will be as good as they
were earlier this winter DX season when the daily sunspot number was running
between 200-300.

watts. Also many dozens more on JT65A and JT9. I personally didn't see poor
