[RTTY] DLDC RTTY Contest

I really appreciate the way the contest is split into 3 times...can work 
any or all, as schedule and obligations permit.

The directions, rules, etc are clear and easy to follow...and the 
correct form for the Cabrillo is a big help!

It would be helpful to add a "low power" category--- not everyone can 
run an amp.

Am certainly looking forward to next year's contest!
