A 12 or 24 hour format might work for a test. RITTY works great with it's
mulitpath function (detector) and other ionospheric dispersion problems.

My interpretation of this poll is that the 67 respondents are split yes/no.
That doesn't necessarily extend to the RTTY community or the larger
community of people who care about what happens on 160 meters.
It is not practical to make a useful poll of a community. However,
soliciting rationale from people as to why they are for or against a given
topic can help determine the factors that lead to a more objective decision.
