I found the answer myself after some digging. I had logged contacts in the
"W5CPT.mdc" file which is my normal running file (which I never use) and MMTTY
was adding 1 to the number (6) of contacts in the file. I cleared the file and
now the default "HIS RST" is 599.

I use MMTTY for RTTY and tried to use it in the Contest Mode not long ago.
Now "His RST" is defaulted to "599007" and I can not reset it to "599" . I have
looked everywhere in the HELP file and it says to "Turn off contest mode and
check 599+?" which I have done. It still defaults to "599007".
Any ideas?
