I believe it is a French RTTY signal, mostly likely encrypted. Military or
diplomatic.

Subject: [RTTY] 30 meter 850 hz shift signal
Anyone have any idea as to the identity of the nightly 850Hz shift RTTY
signal at 10.132 or so. I cannot figure out any other info on the signal so
cannot get a print on him. He is there every night strong and wide.
