[RTTY] RTTY - Dupes in grab box

I see dupes going into the grab box. That really shouldn't 
happen, should it?

It was especially bothersome when I tried to work a 
tail-ender by logging my previous qso, but then that guy 
gave me his callsign one last time and it went back into the 
top of the grab box, pushing down my on-deck guy!
