| I always listen to the receiving tones. Either the speaker or headphones. After a rtty contest I still can hear the tones for a day or two. I can tune-in a 2125 Mark tone by ear but I use the Crossed ellipses in MMTTY for tuning. I really like the tuning meter in the ST-6 as it was easy to tune-in non-standard shifts. But I find that MMTTY will be closer to true transceive when using FSK than any other tuning aid I have used. Joe K0BX on RTTY for 30+ years Stop the insanity!
