I had planned to spend more time, but with the wife and I both under the
weather, it was hard to "play" radio. Maybe I'll make a better effort in
the next test.
N1MM performed flawlessly, the development team is to be congratulated
on an excellent piece of software. The rig as usual also lived up to its
reputation as a dependable performer.
I also missed WV and DC, also DE. If Babcock State Park was open in
January I'd go to WV and do a RU.
I had many, many stations calling me off frequency, the RIT really got a
workout. Had several send 599/georgia/georgia. I did runs with AFC on,
but off for s&p, N1MM has a feature that resets ham defaults. I think
for the next contest I'll tx on vfo a and rx on b and run split.
I'll probably not bother to send in a log. With true SO not having a
chance against SO2R whats the use. Just my own personal thoughts.
Thanks to all that took the time to work me and to the ARRL for
sponsoring the event.........73
