SS has some unique rules. You work stations once, which tends to make
it harder even for big guns to just sit an call CQ all weekend. There
are a limited number of multipliers, which also tends to make the big
guns hunt around in order to get the "sweep".
SS also makes it possible to be competitive on just a couple of
bands. Mults count once, not once per band.
An SS RTTY would be very interesting, just as the CW and Phone
versions are.
