Actually I think he is asking about Eqsl not LoTW. I have noticed that
there is no way to tie your records for different calls together on Eqsl.
So you cannot combine logs for your old & new calls for awards. Also, if
the station on the other end was using a special call and submitted his log
under his regular call you will not get a match. I have run into both of
these problems with Eqsl. This is NOT a problem with LoTW if everyone gets
certificates for all the calls they are submitting under.
Dennis - you can accept the QSO in your In Box with the data that he has
entered if you want, but it will not show the portable information. For
example if he was on an IOTA or other expedition, that information will not
be avaiable through Eqsl. It will just show as a contact with his home
station info.

Hi Dennis,
This sounds like a question for the LoTW staff.
There is a -help address on the ARRL LoTW web page.
There is also a LoTW reflector on egroups.yahoo.com
