[RTTY] propagation during XE test

Can someone explain why the propagation on saterday was moderate to no condx at 
all  and much better on sunday ? 

The wwv figures  are in favor for sunday , but the difference is rather small.  
 The condx on 10 and 15 m on sunday morning where quite good. 

Sa   8 feb  :  SFI  111    A= 8    K= 2  R= 92

Su   9 feb :  SFI  118    A = 6   K = 1  R = 74
