Comments:
I prepared this one well.
I extended my 40/80 m ant. with a switchable (dir/refl.) second element.
Condx where not so great as previous year, the bands opened later an closed
earlier. In the local morning hours rates where slow. During the first morning
I was considering to go for a single band entry e.g. 20 m !
I missed many EU multipliers on 10 m most EU stations where overshooting the EU
continent. I left 10 and 15 m earlier and went for 20 and 40 m.
I remarked the growing participation of well known contest (multi) stations.
Highlight: a JA opening on 20 m sunday afternoon.
My equipment was working flawlessy, the family supported me in this effort.
This is my best score in this contest after 3 participations.
The day after was a heavy one at work.
Equipment used : FT1000MP Mark V @ 150 w, TH6DXX at 24 m, 2 el wire inv v for
40m apex @ 24 m, 2el wire inv v for 80 apex @ 24 m
software : writelog and mmtty combo
