Dear Shifters,

Ed, P5/4L4FN,  was on  21080  today  at 10H20.  =20
I was tuning in the rtty segment for vk9  when I  was whitness of a qso =
between Ed and 4X6UO. =20


Ed 's signal was weak.    =20

I could not work him, the ja stations where calling him also.   I heard =
only one qso.
