Hi Guys, How about RTTY DXCC #8 dated Sept. 2, 1977.... Those countries were worked with a "real" TTY machine.... Model 15 built from several junkers obtained through the Air Force MARS program. First TU was a Boheme 5C followed by a TTL-2 and an ST-6..... Those were the days.... You had to be a mechanic to operate RTTY.... Lots of fun!. The TI9 gave me #278..... Have fun... 73 Glenn, K3SWZ DXCC-Mixed HR 3-land DXCC QSL checker P.S. DXCC RTTY #1 was the Best Man in my wedding! #2 (SK) lived about 1 mile from me. |
