Hi All I've got a chance to pick up an old IC-740 for practically nothing. I know it's an old rig, but was wondering if anyone ever used one for RTTY. I'd like to have it dedicated entirely to that mode. Also, can you stick a CW filter, such as a 500 cycle type, in the SSB position for AFSK work?
