Hey Gary I'd love to see that video without you talkin. it's important to hear
what the noise sounds like more so than the signal level.
the noise you have that I heard at the end of your speech is not power line
noise. I didn't hear any of the other noise because I couldn't hear it over you
talkin. if you can send me that same exact thing without your voice I can hear
each noise that you go through. There's a good chance that you have multiple
noises and I'd like to hear that. The noise at the end of your video is most
definitely not power line noise and I would suggest you check out the
attachment below that has my link to it and it'll tell you how to find which
house it's in. The reason for the change and signal level as you change
frequency is because of broadband noise is going to be strongest at the
frequency your antenna is most resonant at. Check out this page on my website
and it'll help you find it.

Also, if I can help you you're welcome to call me my number is all over my
website.
