My sister just purchased a Ford Escape that looks like a government vehicle I
think it's time to outfit a few "Techie" devices on it and take it for a spin
around the neighborhood.

Can’t offer specific help, but I would certainly be cautious about knocking on
doors where you suspect powerful grow lights. They just might not be trying to
get beautiful blossoms on their roses 😉.
