Yes. Telephones are notorious for receiving RFI because of their poor
design. The K-Com filters are known to work on the RF coupled from the
phone line. Google to find them.

Yes. And you may find that the wired phones work well enough that you
don't need the wireless ones (unless you simply want the convenience).
