[RFI] Phonex -- remember them? -- "wireless" telephone

The other day I picked up a set of Phonex "wireless" telephone jacks 
at a local electronics surplus house for testing. MUCH cheaper than 
buying the Radio Shack ones. Remembering how far I could hear the Cable 
TV installations, I am almost afraid to apply power.
