[Orion] Orion II Dead!!!

My Orion II was in the RX when I looked up and it appeared dead?
I tried a Master Reset no joy :(
I tried another power supply still no joy
I checked the 25 amp fuse.......it's fine.

I ALC (red light) is lit and the meter compartment light is very dim. Other 
then that,  nothing?
Anyone see this before?
