I will forward this email to the management staff at Terabeam. I WILL NOT
purposely abandon ANY customer and especially not loyal customers. We
appreciate your patience and will continue to support our customers. I am
also a customer is respect to Terabeam/KarlNet hardware and software. I am a
customer because if your company is not successful with our products
(cost/function/availability...) then I have no one to support.
I have always been a customer advocate in my position as Technical Services
Manager. I hope to continue to be one of many voices from Terabeam that
helps to promote your successful business. I expect to have an reply from
Terabeam sales about the direction we are headed, any response will be
forwarded to this list.
