[Karlnet] SEC4500 great signal/no ping

I am pulling my hair out. I have a SEC client RG with 4500 loaded. It sees the 
AP but wont ping it. The AP is wide open without restrictions. Everything is on 
the same subnet. Laptop pings RG via ethernet but cant ping AP wirelessly. Does 
anyone know of any version conflicts that may be affecting this setup.
