I recently setup a remote pop, AP1000 ISP base TC, fed from a ROR some 12 miles away. Signal between the two is good with fast ping times. I have the other interface set to 802.11b until I can work out a NDIS problem on my laptop. Laptop is set with static IP. Signal to laptop is excellent. I cant ping the AP1000 from the laptop and I cant ping the laptop from ROR side. I must have a setting screwed up somewhere but I can't figure out where. It is set to bridge IP and IP ARP, accept any MAC address, etc., IP, GW, DNS, Subnet schemes all the same. Any other ideas? TIA, -- Eric L. Johnson WarpSpeed Internet 1-361-563-3742 -- |
