You only need to specify -I when the IRQ is non-standard. COM1 is usually IRQ4
and and COM2 is usually IRQ3. These are the defaults for COMTSR1 and COMTSR2
respectively, there is not usually a need to specify them in the command line.
If you load a COMTSR without any parameters, it will report the default
settings for that port. You only need to specify differences from the default.
