are now contained in a single file.

* Added TO9T to callsign list for Guadeloupe, FG (thanks W4ZV).
* Changed Marquesas Is., FO/m, to Zone 31 (thanks AB4RL).
* Removed AH7K, KH7K and WH7K from prefix list for Kure I. These
callsigns are assigned to stations in Hawaii, KH6.
* Added XP1AB to callsign list for Greenland, OX (thanks OZ0J).
* Added VB2V in Zone 2 to callsign list for Canada (thanks NB1B).
* Added ZK1CG to callsign list for North Cook Is., ZK1/n (thanks

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CT8 and earlier:
- Extract the ARRL.CTY, CQWW.CTY and IARU.CTY FILES to your CT
directory.
CT9:
- Extract the CTY.DAT file to your CT directory
NA:
- Extract the COUNTRY.DAT file to your NA directory and run NAU.
WL:
- Extract the WL_CTY.DAT file to your WRITELOG\PROGRAMS directory
and run the "Convert cty to WriteLog" program from the WriteLog
program folder.
