there is also a slight alignment problem with CQWW cabrillo (sent rst one 
position off - in pos 46, s/b pos 45).  same story with the header records 
too.

arrl dx cabrillo DOES line up ok though.  

my question regarding the header lines is:  Do they have to be in any 
particular order?  website example has section, contest, etc with 
name/address last.
