If you are using CT for the IARU contest, you must type:
4U1VIC=OE <return>
into the callsign field of the logging window just once before the contest
starts. This will update your country file to properly credit 4U1VIC as
Austria, OE instead of Syria, YK.
Note that even with this change, 4U1VIC will *still* score as a separate
multiplier in CQWW (I tested it, wasn't sure it would still work). This
will become a permanent part of the country file when it's next released.
