[ct-user] Trouble with 9.36 for W32.

I got the "memory left for 0 contacts" too but it worked anyway.

The 32 bit version seems to be working fine for me for logging/contest
prep.  I haven't been able to test the rig control, though, as my FT1000MP
and my new laptop haven't yet learned to communicate, even with DX4WIN
which was working well on the old laptop.
