[ct-user] BBS help!!

Hi all,

        I just ask my brother (not a ham) in NY to download the latest CT 
version
from the BBS, and he sent me ver 9.27 (file name was ct9.exe)!! please can
some body tell me what to do exactly to get the upgrade (please step by
step from Login to Bye)
