Greetings Diddlers:
Yes, in case you missed the “official” announcement last week, I’m baaaaaak!
I’m still doing several dances with medical folks of various persuasions as
well as ingesting bags of stuff whose names I can’t pronounce, but all going
well. See, it wasn’t that easy to get rid of me!
A big Thank You to Hank, W6SX for watching over things in my absence. Hank not
only kept the messages coming but even stood in as the CA mult on Thursdays.
And thanks to everyone in the group for keeping things going. I hope everyone
is finding Thursday evenings useful and enjoyable.
The only RTTY activity I could find this weekend is the Jakarta RTTY Contest.
It’s 15m only, so might be a little thin. And I’m sure most of you will
forsake RTTY for the original digital mode with the ARRL Sweepstakes CW. Hope
to work some (most) of you in the ultimate report copying test. No 5NN03 in
this one!
So to keep those diddles in tune, please join us this Thursday evening (NA) and
keep things warm. Here’s the usual list of times, rules and extra notes for
our usual Thursday soiree.
And don’t forget to set your (local) clocks back while you take that SS break
early Sunday morning.
