Every EU single band operator tunes band up and dwn continuously, since ARRL DX is the only remaining contest without assisted category included in its rules.

Based on my experience this weekend, I've got to question whether more than
a handful of assisted European operators even tune the bands, rather than
just click on spots. Not sure if assisted American operators were any
different.

An unexpected side effect of CW Skimmers in CW DX contests
is that many operators no longer spot DX stations in any DX
contest. Good sportsmanship suggests that if you use DX spots
this weekend you should also contribute at least as many DX spots.
