First week of the Ladder had reasonable turnout. This will be week 2 of 5,
but remember you only need 3 scores in the 5 weeks, so if you missed last
week now is the time to jump in.
The remaining dates are: Sept 11, 18, 25, and Oct 9 (Oct 2 is skipped due to
CQP on the weekend).

A reminder that the dupe rule is in effect for this ladder. Dupes keeps
everyone busy, but don't forget to look for new stations that will boost
your multiplier total.

Friday, 11 Sept 2015, 0145Z - 0215Z (Thursday 10 Sept 2015 in NA)
-- 1845 - 1915 PDT
-- 2145 - 2215 EDT
-- (others in-between these two)
-- 160: 1805 and up
-- 80/40/20/15 +80kHz up from the band edge
-- Same band dupes ok after 1 intervening Q.
-- 1 kHz QSY rule, otherwise standard Sprint rules.
-- 100W power limit.
