There was a snafu with a small error in the PDF version.  This has been 
fixed but won't be ready to go online until Tuesday when KX9X gets back 
to HQ from his DXpedition to FN45 in the ARRL June VHF Contest.
Sorry about that.  Scott K7ZO's excellent writeup is worth the wait, 
though :-)
