The Virginia QSO Party will be held in two sections this weekend.
The times are:
Saturday, 16 March 1400 UTC - Sunday, 17 March 0200 UTC and
Sunday, 17 March 1200 UTC - 2400 UTC.
The exchange is simple, a consecutive serial number and your QTH: county
if in Virginia, state or province, or DX. All bands (no WARC, of course)
all modes. There are 4 plaques available just for out of state stations.
