[CQ-Contest] Antenna Line Launcher

Last year, I purchased an Antenna Line Launcher at Dayton (in the  
Fleamarket) for $100.    It shoots the small tennis balls connected to  fishing 
line 
and works fantastic.  A friend of mine now wants to buy  one.  The problem 
is I can't remember the name of the outfit that makes  them and his name is 
not on the launcher.  I do remember that he was an N8  but I can't remember 
the call.
 
Anyone on the list know this guy?
