The right to not submit your log is yours ... your reason(s) are flimsy.
You participate in a public event and yet you don't wish to have a
'video' of this event replayed publicly.  It doesn't make sense.  I
suspect there are other reasons why you don't wish to play along with
the CQ contest committee and this is just a 'smoke screen'.
