[CQ-Contest] Inrad Service Divison

Hi:

Does anyone have any insight in how to successfully contact Inrad Service 
Division?

A few weeks ago, I sent an order with my credit card number via snail mail.

Since then, I've followed up with two e-mails, one phone message and several
attempts to get through on their phone line which is constantly busy during the
times they are taking calls.
