Hi, In the All 3830 Claimed Scores posting I see EU entries where QTCs exceed QSOs. I also see non-EU entries where QTCs equal QSOs. Given this rule: Each QSO may only be reported once as a QTC. The QTC may not be reported back to the original station. How is this possible? Wouldn't QSOs have to be at least 1 more than QTCs? The only way I can see it being the same is if you called a station you already worked and sent him one QTC. But would that station get a QSO B4?
