this is the same transmitter that was on during the SAC/TQP weekend!! It is
the VOA French language service....I don't know where the xmtr is located
but it has been doing this for over a month every weekend....I sent an
email to the VOA general "contact us" mailbox 2 weeks ago about
it....anyone got a blank "OO" card we can send them?
