I've been using FT990 since 1993 and I'm very pleased with it's contest =
performance, but I'd like to get another radio and maybe upgrade to 2R =
setup. My FT990 is one with EPROM V 1.21 and it still won't talk to my =
logging programs, and I will upgrade it when I get a new radio for the =
future 2R setup. Amongst many radios, on the list are FT920 and Ten-Tec =
Pegasus (performance/price criteria).=20
I'd like contester's opinion about those two radios and Topbanders can =
make comments how it performs on 160m.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
